At UP-UP, our mission has always been to create a human-first chocolate industry. That means fighting exploitation in every form, across every link in the supply chain; from our cocoa farm in Necoclì, Colombia, to our team here in the UK.

We’re proud to now be officially recognised as a Living Wage Employer, ensuring that every team member at UP-UP earns a wage that reflects the real cost of living, not just the legal minimum.

💥 Why does this matter?

Because we believe profit should never come at the cost of people. Because a good day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. And because fairness isn’t just something we talk about- it’s something we build into every part of our business.

From sourcing 100% child labour-free cocoa to paying our Edinburgh-based team fairly, we’re proving that chocolate can taste good, feel good, and do good.
